REFUND/CANCELLATION: We only offer a refund if the order is cancelled 6 days in advance of the delivery or pick up date. Less than 6 days, we are not able to provide refunds. Please email us at hello@shoporganicbytes.com with you inquiries.
We charge a $25 flat-rate delivery fee within 30km of the Toronto, Ontario area. For over 30km of the Toronto Ontario area, please contact us.
There is a $25 flat-rate delivery for Calgary, and a $35 flat-rate for Cochrane, Airdrie, Chestermere, and Okotoks, AB.
Note. we only use our own service for deliveries and guarantee both on-time and damage-free deliveries. Pickups are not available.
