Yes, we choose the best suppliers for our ingredients and use only organic ingredients. The only exceptions are items that are not available in organic form, such as baking powder, baking soda (both of which we use in their aluminum-free versions), and sea salt.

Single Tier:
4": Serves 3-6 people.
6": Serves 8-12 people with bigger slices, or up to 20 with smaller pieces.
8": Serves 13-18 people with bigger slices, or up to 30 with smaller pieces.

Two-Tiered:
6" + 4": Serves 18-25 people.

We strive to make your cake as close as possible to the one shown in the picture. However, due to the nature of some of our designs—such as the Heavenly Cashew, Vintage Cakes or Cashew Paint Stroke—your cake may differ slightly. These cakes feature artistic designs that require a freehand approach, making each one unique.

We’ve designed our ordering process to be simple and convenient. Here’s how it works:

Visit our shop page and select your desired cake design. Please note that we require at least 2 business days' notice for most orders. Some designs, like the edible flower cake, require 2 weeks' notice.
Choose your preferred cake size, sponge flavor, and frosting flavor.
Optional: Add a candle, cake toppers, or a personalized note for the cake board.
During checkout, please indicate any allergies or dietary restrictions.
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal for payment.

We require orders to be placed at least 2 days in advance. To ensure we can accommodate all orders and source the freshest organic ingredients, advance notice is essential. You can select your preferred delivery date and time during checkout.

For custom designs, please place your order 2-3 weeks in advance. For special events like weddings or engagements, please get in touch with us as our calendar tends to book up quickly for these occasions.

Shipping Info (Canada & U.S.):
We currently ship across Canada and the U.S. (Restrictions apply) — for example, we do not ship to American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

If you're in Toronto or surrounding areas, we offer local delivery at a reduced rate — you’ll see this option at checkout if eligible.

Not all baked goods and styles are eligible for shipping. You’ll see the
shipping option available on each product page based on your selection.

Orders are shipped frozen within 72 business hours from the time you place your order. Some smaller baked items that don’t require freezing may be sent at room temperature.

Please allow a few extra days in case of any carrier delays.

If you are placing an order for a time-sensitive event, we recommend ordering
early and scheduling your delivery to arrive at least 2 days before your event.

Organic Bytes reserves the right to schedule the arrival of your order earlier
or later than estimated to prevent delays, based on operational conditions.

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your shipping label is created so
you can follow your order every step of the way.

To our valued U.S. customers: due to newly imposed tariffs, we are currently experiencing delays with shipments — we truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

Pickup:
We’ve partnered with Coco Market to offer free pick-ups in Rosedale (1064
Yonge St.) and Midtown Toronto (2549 Yonge St.) through their two locations.

Pick-ups are available on Thursdays and Saturdays between 11am–6pm.

Simply select your preferred pick-up date on the product page before adding to cart.

Regular Local Delivery:
$35 +HST flat-rate delivery fee Toronto areas, choose between morning (9am-1pm) or afternoon (1pm-6pm)delivery.

FROZEN DELIVERY OPTION FOR ONTARIO:
We're thrilled to share some exciting news with our valued customers! In
response to the overwhelming demand from areas outside of Toronto, such as
Niagara to Barrie and London, and for most cost effective rates for Toronto and
Mississauga, now you have the option to receive them FROZEN, we freeze the
cakes/sweets immediately after baking and decorating, capturing all the vital
nutrients and flavours at their peak, this ensures every bytes bursts with
freshness, flavour and nutrition without any gums, fillers or preservatives!
You can now enjoy the exact same quality as our fresh products, conveniently delivered to your doorstep for an affordable fee! This frozen option will ensure that our cakes and sweets will maintain their shapes and freshness, even during extended delivery hours.

• Choose any day for frozen delivery
  between 9 am-6 pm for just $15 + HST and $20 + HST for outside Toronto.

Delivery Details:

• Ensure someone will be available to receive your delivery between 9 am-5 pm on the specified day. You will receive a text on the day of delivery, providing you with a heads-up.
• Once you receive your cake or sweet, you have the option to prolong its freshness by storing it in the freezer. When you're ready to indulge, you can take it out and transfer it to the fridge the day before you plan to enjoy it, allowing it to defrost gradually.
  Alternatively, if you're having it on the same day, you can leave it out for a few hours for it to defrost, ensuring a delightful taste and texture for your enjoyment.

Currently, all cakes and sweets featured on our website can be ordered with the frozen delivery option, except for our edible flower designs. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to satisfying your sweet cravings with our delectable treats!

Yes! Your sweets are completely safe to enjoy 🤍

We include ice packs to help maintain the integrity of your treats during transit—especially in warmer months—but they’re not meant to stay frozen the entire way. It’s totally normal for them to arrive melted or warm.

Once your order arrives, we recommend placing your sweets in the fridge to keep them fresh.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes at this time. To avoid any delays in processing or delivery, please use a full street address when placing your order.
