I ordered a pumpkin spice cake for my husband’s birthday, and it was absolutely delicious! My husband doesn’t have dietary restrictions, but he loved it just as much as I did. Being able to order a cake that accommodates my dietary needs while still being something we both love made his birthday celebration even more special.
The customer service was wonderful from start to finish. Dell was so helpful, responsive, and communicative throughout the entire process. When an issue came up with the original shipment, she went above and beyond to arrange a replacement and ensure we received it safely. I really appreciated how thoughtful and accommodating she was throughout the process and how committed she was to making sure we had a great experience.
It’s clear that this bakery cares about both the quality of its products and the people ordering them. The cake was excellent, and the extra care they took made the whole experience even better. I would love to have a bakery like this closer to home, but I’m thankful they ship to the U.S.!
