We’re so excited to introduce The Mindful Blondie with our friend @themindfulblonde — a soft-baked, vanilla-forward blondie inspired by our best-selling Organic Bytes brownie.
This collab came to life so naturally. Bonded by a love for clean ingredients, good food, and showing up for ourselves (and our little ones), partnering with Danielle just made sense. She’s a vanilla girlie at heart, so after countless trials, we finally landed on this perfectly delicious blondie.
This isn’t your typical blondie filled with refined sugars or gut-disrupting additives. We created a blondie that aligns seamlessly with her mindful lifestyle: wholesome, vanilla-forward, and delicious.
Made only with organic, nutrient-dense ingredients — no refined sugars, no gums, no fillers — just real ingredients you can feel good about, that actually nourish you.

How do I store them:
Our blondies and all other baked goods are best kept in the fridge in an airtight container and will stay fresh for up to 14 days.
For the best texture, we suggest enjoying them straight from the fridge—or warming them in the toaster oven or microwave for that fresh-baked feel.
If you’d like them to last longer, they also freeze beautifully for up to 6 months. Simply store in an airtight container, and when you’re ready to enjoy, thaw on the counter for 1–2 hours.
For short-term storage, they can be kept at room temperature for up to 2 days.

If you're in Toronto or surrounding areas, we offer local delivery at a reduced rate—you’ll see this option at checkout if eligible.
Not all baked goods and styles are eligible for shipping. You’ll see the shipping option available on each product page based on your selection.
Orders are shipped frozen within 72 business hours from the time you place your order. Some smaller baked items that don’t require freezing may be sent at room temperature. Please allow a few extra days in case of any carrier delays.
If you are placing an order for a time-sensitive event, we recommend ordering early and scheduling your delivery to arrive at least 2 days before your event.
Organic Bytes reserves the right to schedule the arrival of your order earlier or later than estimated to prevent delays, based on operational conditions. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your shipping label is created so you can follow your order every step of the way.
PICK UP
We’ve partnered with Coco Market to offer free pick-ups in Rosedale (1064 Yonge St.) and Midtown Toronto (2549 Yonge St.) through their two locations.
Pick-ups are available on Thursdays and Saturdays between 11am–6pm.
Simply select your preferred pick-up date on the product page before adding to cart.

Delivery Details:
- Ensure someone will be available to receive your delivery between 9am-6pm on the specified day. You will receive a text on the day of delivery, providing you with a heads-up.
- Once you receive your cake or sweet, you have the option to prolong its freshness by storing it in the freezer. When you're ready to indulge, you can take it out and transfer it to the fridge the day before you plan to enjoy it, allowing it to defrost gradually. Alternatively, if you're having it on the same day, you can leave it out for a few hours for it to defrost, ensuring a delightful taste and texture for your enjoyment.

Change / Refund / Cancellation Policy
CHANGING ORDER:
You can change your order as long as you contact us more than six days in advance of your cake or sweet's delivery date. Please email us at hello@shoporganicbytes.com, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
REFUND/CANCELLATION:
We only offer a refund if the order is cancelled 6 days in advance of the delivery or pick up date. Less than 6 days, we are not able to provide refunds. Please email us at hello@shoporganicbytes.com with your inquiries.
